Please note that we are non smoking and we regret
we are unable to accommodate children aged under fifteen or pets.
We reserve the right to alter furniture and fittings from those shown.
Vacation is kindly requested by 10am on the morning of departure and arrivals are from 4.00pm.
Cancellations within four weeks of your arrival date are not refundable. Within eight weeks, the deposit is retained by ourselves. All other cancellations are subject to a 20% of deposit administration fee with the remainder refunded.

Rates are from £835 to £1000 per week, inclusive of bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and firewood.
